There is Something Freeing About

Right now I have an object of affection who I can love and receive love from. It's also giving me an opportunity to experience unconditional love where I love my friend as he is, including the beliefs he has, whether I agree with them or not. There is something freeing about acceptance.

Another thing is I put no conditions on how my friend chooses to love me. If he wants to continuously pour love on me then I willingly accept it. If he chooses to write love letters to me then I am happy to accept them. There is something freeing about receiving love in the many forms they appear.

There is something freeing about loving without needing to check with a spiritual teacher/guru or Master whether it's appropriate to be in an intimate relationship with someone. The only one whose opinions matter is my Beloved who loves and accepts me anyway.

I know that Love has no rules. If I feel like loving someone then I love. If it feels good to receive love then I receive.

It's wonderful to love and be loved.
