Staying On an Even Keel

It seems like the human experience doesn't like people being on an even keel. You can't expect to be happy all the time. What must go up must come down. As the saying goes: "All good things must come to an end."

Well, I beg to differ. ALL GOOD THINGS MUST CONTINUE TO BE GOOD!

How do I stay on an even keel when emotions are constantly being tossed about from pillar to post? Well, this is where discipline comes into it.

I practise:

Being in silence;
Giving and receiving love;
Doing what I love;
Asking Infinite Love to raise me up and keep me in Joy.

That's all there is to it.

Life is not meant to be a yo-yo, life is endless joy.
